- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE:
1.1 SC develops and perfects new services available only to their Clients. SC offers the following services to its Clients:
- a) SCmakes, review and amend (if necessary) the Client’s resume and cover letter.
- b) SC provides interview training to the Clientsand refines their interview techniques.
- c) SChelp the Clients email their resumes to potential employers by:
- Using the Clients’ newly set up email account.
- Exploring/ Looking out for email addresses of 200 to 350 potential employers online or through other public media.
iii. Once the search for 200 to 350 potential employers is complete, SC uses the Client’snewly set up email account to send an email and resume to the list of those potential employers. The sending service is one time sending. After sending the resumes to potential employers, the serviceis complete. In case The Client wants us to send their resumes to more than 200 to 350 companies in the first time or for the second time then they need to pay base on SC’ service fees.
1.2 SCwill help Clients send their resume to those companies that SC think may hire them. SCwill use Clients’ newly set up emails to send resumes to the companies. The Client authorizes us to send email to the Companies through their newly set up email address. The Client shall change password after SC’s sending service so that SC cannot log in the Client’s email again.
1.3 SCwill help Clients to send emails to inquire whether the company has a vacancy or not.
1.4 After SC sends emails out to companies, SC will delete emails so that Clients cannot keep all company emails. However, SC will not delete those emails replied by companies. This method would allow the Clients follow up companies that reply to the Clients.
1.5 SC offers one to one interview training to the Clients. Our trainer shall provide the interview training services through Skype or WeChat.
1.6 Our services end after Clients accept our resume and cover letter, finish interview training and send their resumes and cover letter to potential employers.
1.7 SC does not guarantee any interview call or job offer to the Clients from the prospective employers whom SC mail. SC shall not be responsible if the prospective employers do not reply to the emails sent to them by our services. SC is restricted to providing you only with the services mentioned above.
- STATUS OF TERMS:
2.1 In using the service, you acknowledge and agree that:
(b) the operator provides the service solely in accordance with this agreement, subject to any other relevant laws, and that prior to using the service, you have read the terms of this agreement;
(c) you must be aged 16 or over to use the Service;
(d) the operator may, from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion, revise this agreement and post a notice on the site advising of such revision, and you are taken to accept such revision if you continue to use the service, whether or not any such revisions are expressly brought to your attention; and
- PERSONAL USE:
The Service is made available to you for your personal use only. You must provide current, accurate identification, contact, and other information that may be required as part of the registration process and/or continued use of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Service, and are responsible for all activities that occur thereunder. You may only display the content of the Service for your own personal use (i.e., non-commercial use) and may not otherwise copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content, without the prior written permission of SC.
- USER REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES:
You represent and warrant that all of the information provided by you to participate in the Service is correct and current. SCshall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided by you.
- REFUSAL OF SERVICE; TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION:
This Agreement shall continue in perpetuity unless suspended or terminated in accordance with this section.
5.1 You consent that SC may at any time suspend, vary or terminate this Agreement in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, for breach by you of any of your representations, warranties or obligations under this Agreement, or for inactivity by you with respect to use of the Website. If SC terminates services and rights of use of the website, SC MAY notify you of such termination by simple e-mail, or in any other way permitted by law. The SC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any Accounts, posts uploads, or other at any time, including, without limitation, deactivating your Membership Name and Membership Password.
5.2Termination of this Agreement shall not relieve you from any payment or other obligation or obligations that may have arisen prior to such termination, or any other obligations pursuant to any other agreement that has not been specifically terminated, whether for services, products, use or any rights alike. In order to enforce legal procedure, some clauses of this Agreement shall survive regardless of termination, atSC’s discretion.
5.3In the event of termination, you agree, commit and warrant that you will no longer use and/or access any of the content, information, Services, Software related to this website and agreement.

This provision shall survive the duration of this agreement.
10.2 In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees that the maximum possibly recoverable from SC is the cost of the package
10.3 The Client agrees that: SC makes no representation about whether its services will lead to employment the Client; SC does not guarantee any interview call or job offer to the Clients from prospective employers; SC does make any representations that its services will increase the likelihood of an interview call or job offer to the Clients from prospective employers; SC shall not be responsible if the prospective employers do not reply to the emails sent to them by our services; SC is restricted to providing you only with the services mentioned above.
- MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT:
SCshall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The new agreement shall be effective immediately
- ACCESS OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA:
12.2 Access towww.smoothcareer.com.auContent may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access www.smoothcareer.com.aufrom outside of Australia, You do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
If any provisions of these terms are found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. In addition, www.smoothcareer.com.au’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not be deemed as a waiver of such term or otherwise affectwww.smoothcareer.com.au’sability to enforce such term at any point in the future.
- LAW AND JURISDICTION:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts sitting in Melbourne, Australia. In any action or suit to enforce any right or remedy under this agreement or to interpret any provision of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees, costs and other expenses.
- TRANSACTION CURRENCY STATEMENT:
All prices quoted on SCweb site are in Australian dollars and all transactions are conducted in Australian dollars.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
Except as expressly provided in an additional agreement, additional Terms for certain areas ofwww.smoothcareer.com.aua particular “Legal Notice”, or software license or material on particular pages on www.smoothcareer.com.authese Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and www.smoothcareer.com.au with respect to the use of www.smoothcareer.com.au. No changes to these Terms shall be made except by a revised posting on this page.
